You are still able to utilise Avenue 21. You have the option of giving us instructions right away and designating the start date of your marketing as the day your existing agreement expires. No. Your personal information will not be disclosed to third parties and will not be visible to them when you communicate via Avenue 21. When a viewing is scheduled, we do, however, give the opposing party your name and phone number in case you need to get in touch before the viewing (unless you are selling or renting and have designated Avenue 21 to handle your viewings). In these cases, we give the local agent's name and phone number.

Our Service Agreement is available upon request. What we offer and what we promise to do is what matters most in the agreement with Avenue 21, not ourselves.
